Registered Social Worker, Psychotherapist, MSW
Sarah is a registered social worker with over 30 years of frontline experience supporting children, youth, families, and adults through life’s challenges. Sarah draws on a range of evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness practices to help clients gain awareness of unhelpful patterns and move toward healing and growth. Her work is grounded in kindness, empathy, and a deep respect for each individual’s unique journey.
Sarah works with adults who are seeking support with ADHD symptom management, mindfulness and meditation, parenting strategies, strengthening parent–child relationships, and navigating conflict in healthier ways. She also offers a compassionate space for individuals who have experienced domestic violence. In addition to her work with adults, Sarah is an experienced child and adolescent therapist who helps children and teens develop emotional regulation skills, build self-esteem, improve relationships, and manage ADHD and other developmental or early childhood challenges.
With a strong foundation in child development and family systems, Sarah has extensive experience supporting children and youth, as well as their caregivers. She is especially skilled at working with individuals feeling “stuck” or overwhelmed by life transitions, emotional difficulties, or complex systems. She also offers support navigating community resources and services.
